The Calypso Petra vanity unit is now on display in our Colliers Wood showroom, shown in Persian Walnut with decorative legs – one of the more distinctive pieces to arrive in the showroom this year.
About Petra
Petra is a wall-hung vanity collection from Calypso Bathrooms with a clear mid-century character. The defining feature is horizontal fluting across the drawer front – fine, closely spaced grooves that add texture and depth. The proportions are balanced and the overall form is unfussy, which makes it versatile across different bathroom schemes.
The display unit is shown with the optional decorative legs, which give it a freestanding furniture feel despite being wall-hung. In Persian Walnut – a deep, warm wood-effect finish – the legs reinforce that character considerably.
The Detail
Petra uses smoked glass dividers to section the drawer space, keeping the interior organised without adding separate inserts. The soft-close drawers run on quality runners and the overall build quality is consistent with what you’d expect from Calypso.
Finishes and Options
Petra is available in three finishes: Persian Walnut, Tortona Oak, and Soft Linen. The decorative legs are an optional addition, available in a matching finish to the cabinet. Units are available in 645mm and 985mm widths, with a tall wall unit also in the range.
Come and See Us
The display is on show in our Colliers Wood showroom and our team are happy to talk through finish options, sizing, and how Petra might work in your bathroom.
